Whether you purchased your items in one of our two store locations or on online, all items are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, which in most cases is good for one year of a manufacturing issue. In order to help us better serve you, if you have a warranty claim that falls within the first year of purchase, we ask that you fill out the quick form below. Please note, we make every effort to respond and process these requests within 24-48 hours.

SAFEWARE WARRANTY CUSTOMER NEEDS

If you have an accidental issue within the first year of having the furniture or a manufacturer’s issue from the second year through the fifth year and you purchased Safeware, the 5 year product protection program, please do not use this form.
